Dear friend of our mission work,
Together with my beloved wife, Eira Talja, and Pasi and Terhi Julkunen from Harvest Church Vantaa, we had the privilege of witnessing the largest number of people responding to the Gospel on any mission trip organized by Salvation To All Nations.
During four school visits, a hospital outreach, and three crusade evenings (June 26–28), we rejoiced together with the angels in heaven as at least 22,800 people prayed the sinner’s prayer and invited Jesus Christ to become the Lord of their lives.
All glory belongs to our Lord Jesus Christ alone. We also want to thank each of you—our faithful prayer partners and supporters—because this spiritual breakthrough was made possible through your prayers and partnership.
Evangelist Pasi Julkunen preached the Gospel in four schools to a total of more than 12,300 students. More than 6,500 students responded to the invitation to salvation by raising their hands to Jesus. Not all of them could fit into the photo collage, but the Lord saw every single one of them.

It was a tremendous joy and privilege to visit four secondary schools in Kanyama, a large slum area with approximately 800,000 residents. Altogether, 12,300 students gathered to hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
Our mission team served together in every school. Eira Talja, a board member of Salvation To All Nations, and Terhi Julkunen took turns sharing their personal testimonies, and in some schools I also had the opportunity to testify.
Evangelist Pasi Julkunen preached the Gospel powerfully in every school. We quickly realized that these school visits were exceptionally fruitful, as more than 6,500 students prayed the sinner’s prayer and gave their lives to Christ.
We thank the Lord wholeheartedly for His goodness in saving these young people.
The local churches that organized our mission trip have already begun systematic follow-up work in all of these schools. Their goal is to help these new believers grow as disciples of Jesus and become active members of churches throughout the Kanyama area.
Our mission team from Finland, sent out by our home church, Harvest Church Vantaa, consisted of: Terhi Julkunen, Pasi Julkunen, Ari Talja, and Eira Talja.
This newsletter provides only an overview of everything God did during our mission trip to Zambia (June 23 – July 2, 2026). In future newsletters we will share individual testimonies and miracles from the trip in greater detail.
Once again, thank you to every prayer partner and supporter. Through your prayers, 22,800 people prayed the sinner’s prayer and surrendered their lives to Jesus during this mission.
Special Thanks
I would also like to express special thanks to Pastor Mark Ronnie from Uganda, leader of Mark Ronnie Missions, who initiated and faithfully led the four-month preparation process for this massive evangelistic campaign beginning at the end of February.
Miracles of Healing and Deliverance
In addition to the many other miracles God performed, 30–40 people came onto the platform during the three crusade evenings to testify that they had been healed from a wide variety of conditions, including:
• headaches
• chest pain
• back pain
• pain throughout the body
• leg pain
• heart problems
• hip pain
More than 10 people who had been oppressed by evil spirits were completely delivered and filled with God’s love after confessing with their mouths:
Confess: “Jesus Christ is Lord.”
A burning barrel (in the photo below) was also set up where people who had previously been bound by occult practices and witchcraft brought their charms and occult objects to be burned.
Our crusade followed the example of Acts 19:18–19, as many people broke free from the bondage of witchcraft: “Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed what they had done. A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly.”
All glory and praise belong to our Lord Jesus Christ, who saves, heals, and delivers people from the power of Satan into His marvelous Kingdom.
Following Up New Believers
Some people likely attended the crusade on multiple evenings and prayed the sinner’s prayer more than once. Only God knows exactly who they are, but He knows each one personally and continues His saving work in every life.
Already we know of dozens of new believers who have registered for baptism through House of Wonders Pentecostal Church in Kanyama. These believers also participated in discipleship classes held at the church, where I taught what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
Approximately 70 new followers of Jesus attended the first discipleship class. Around ten of them immediately decided to be baptized and become members of the church.
Since more than 100 churches partnered in organizing this crusade, we will continue reporting on the progress of the follow-up work as we receive updates from the participating churches.
Please continue praying throughout the next six months that this follow-up ministry will be successful, that the majority of the 22,800 new believers will become active members of local churches, and that new churches will be planted throughout the region.
Empowering Local Church Leaders
We enjoyed a wonderful thanksgiving breakfast together with the key pastors involved in the Zambia crusade.
Pastor Chanda Cikwanda from the House of Wonders Pentecostal Church thanked us for the practical evangelism tools we shared in the training. They plan to continue using these methods in their own outreach ministry in the future.

The churches also plan to acquire a Gospel truck equipped with a sound system similar to the one we used before the crusade. They want to continue preaching the Gospel on street corners throughout the area because: “The gospel is the power of God for salvation.” May the Lord richly bless every one of you whose prayers helped bring about this spiritual breakthrough in Kanyama.
Major Evangelistic Mission to Bangladesh This October

Since my last newsletter, planning has advanced significantly for our next major mission to Bangladesh.
We recently held an excellent video meeting with:
• Pastor Probir Mondol, Chairman of the Assemblies of God in Western Bangladesh
• Pastor Barnoba Gomes, Chairman of the Assemblies of God in Eastern Bangladesh
• Pastor Jonathan Munshi, who has organized numerous large evangelistic events
As a result of this meeting, we sensed God leading us to begin planning our third mission trip to Bangladesh, scheduled for October 1–17, 2026.
Our goal is to reach 30,000–40,000 people during a three-day evangelistic Crusade. In addition, we are planning outreach events throughout different parts of the country so that as many Bangladeshis as possible can hear the Gospel of salvation for the first time.
A new opportunity has also opened up since the previous newsletter: a three-day evangelistic campaign in Bhadulia village, reaching over 1,000 Hindu and Muslim families. Only a handful of Christian families live there, including Pastor Stephen, who will oversee the outreach.
It is important to remember that Bangladesh has a population of 177 million people:
• Only 0.3% are Christians
• More than 91% are Muslims
• Most of the remaining population is Hindu
This is why we believe God has opened a remarkable door for Salvation To All Nations to reach this largely unreached nation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
