Newsletter No. 2
April 2026
Dear precious friend of our mission,
In our previous letters this spring, I promised to share more about the great things God has done. I want to encourage you with these testimonies—because they are the direct result of your prayers and support during our most recent mission trip to Bangladesh (February 23 – March 10).
In the video above, a man shares how he literally acted on God’s Word in his own life and was healed from a brain tumor. Just moments before that, at the same large gathering in Bollovpur, I had been carrying out the Great Commission given by Jesus in Mark 16:15—going to Bangladesh and proclaiming the gospel, the good news of Jesus, to the people there.
Along the way, many have asked me:
“Why do these great miracles happen in Bangladesh and other parts of the world, but less so here in Finland?”
Jesus Himself answers this in Mark 16:17:
“These signs will accompany those who believe.”
In other words, miracles do not occur where there is no faith in Jesus and His supernatural power as the risen Son of God. Faith is not merely believing something is true—it is living in accordance with that truth and putting it into practice.
God’s Word is not meant only to be heard—it is meant to be lived out in everyday life. Hebrews 11:1 expresses it well:
“Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”
When we step out in faith—literally laying hands on the sick in Jesus’ name without doubting His ability to heal—then miracles and signs begin to happen, just as God’s Word promises, bringing glory to His holy name.
Secondly, miracles occur most often where the gospel is being preached to those who do not yet believe. Before Jesus speaks about signs following believers, He first gives the Great Commission in Mark 16:15:
“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.”
Because this concerns where people will spend eternity, Jesus reveals His supernatural power—through healings and miracles—especially to those who do not yet believe. These signs are meant to lead them to faith and salvation.
So, the more we begin to share the gospel with those who do not yet believe—even here in Finland—the more the risen Jesus will also work miracles among us, so that people may believe and be saved.

In the photo above, in the center, is our main partner, Bishop Justin Mulenga from Zambia’s Pentecostal Assembly of God. Under his leadership, around 150 churches in the Kanyama area are preparing to disciple thousands—possibly over 10,000—new believers coming from the upcoming outreach. On the right is Mark Ronnie, the main organizer responsible for all arrangements of this large event. Please remember them in your prayers.
Do you want to help us transform the spiritual future of Zambia?
We are entering a great harvest season in Kanyama, Zambia.
God has opened an extraordinary door for the expansion of His kingdom there. We are now preparing, at an increasing pace, for a major mission trip from June 21 to July 1 in the Kanyama area near Zambia’s capital, Lusaka.
A team of four from Finland will join, preaching the gospel not only at the main event but also on the streets (from a truck platform), in schools, at a university, and in a hospital.
The area is home to about 400,000 people, many coming from disadvantaged backgrounds, struggling with drugs and other hardships. They urgently need Jesus as their Savior.
Together with you—and with over 150 bishops, pastors, and church leaders—we want to bring them the life-changing message of the gospel.
We believe that through powerful prayer, in the mighty name of Jesus, the forces of darkness will be broken in that area (Acts 8:5–8). Just as in Samaria, great joy will arise when Christ is proclaimed, people witness His power, and those oppressed by evil spirits are set free.
A call to prayer
None of this is possible without strong, united prayer. Without Jesus, we can do nothing.
I ask you:
Would you pray for a complete spiritual breakthrough in Kanyama, especially during June 25–28, when the main event takes place?
Our goal is to reach over 100,000 people during those four days. Each evening, we expect at least 25,000 attendees.
Please pray daily with us:
- That people will be saved
- That the sick will be healed
- That many will be delivered from evil spirits
- That Jesus alone will receive all the glory
The Chinika grounds, where the event will be held, can hold over 50,000 people. Pray that it will be filled night after night with people hungry to hear the gospel.
Answered prayers in Zambia
I also want to thank you for your prayers regarding the sound system challenge I mentioned in my previous letter. God answered wonderfully—we were able to negotiate €2,660 off the rental cost.
Another great reason for gratitude: since our last letter, we have received about €8,000 in donations. We thank God—and all of you—for this.
However, we still need €7,000 to meet the total budget of €28,000 (including travel and accommodation). Please pray that the remaining amount will come in soon so that we do not have to reduce any part of the event (sound, stage, or lighting).
God is a generous provider and has promised to take care of all our needs. If He prompts you in prayer to support this mission reaching 100,000 Zambians, please follow His leading according to your ability.
I pray for and bless you almost daily with these words:
“Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.” (2 Corinthians 9:10–11)

In the photo: the sound system, lighting, and stage planned for the four-day event for over 30,000 people. This is the largest—but also the most crucial—expense, enabling the gospel to reach tens of thousands each evening.
