Our Beloved intercessor,

I want to encourage you today with the words of the angel of the Lord to Gideon: “The Lord is with you, you mighty warrior” (Judges 6:12). Like Gideon, you may feel inferior and weak when such words are addressed to you.

However, Paul shows that intercession for the preaching of the gospel is spiritual warfare in God-given armor: “Finally, be strengthened in the Lord and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God… do this with all prayer and supplication, praying at all times in the Spirit and for it, watching over all perseverance and supplication for all the saints; and for me also, that when I open my mouth, the right words may be given boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel” Ephesians 6:10,11 and 18-19.

Thank you for keeping up to fight in prayers for our mission in the mighty power of the Lord! God hears all your prayers in the mighty name of Jesus and answers them according to His own will!

This poster advertises for our 5-day Crusade on October 6-10, inviting people from all over the Buyala area to hear the gospel. In the poster, you also find our 7-person mission team from Finland, led by me and Pastor Roberto Brandao in addition to 7 key persons from our Ugandan team.

The Lord has miraculously heard your prayer for our mission!

We want to bring thanks to God with you:…

  • that the Lord has wrought a great economic miracle before our eyes! The budget of 17 000€ for the mission trip to Eastern Uganda is only a few hundred euros short! All glory to Jesus alone and thanks also to the donors who heard His voice!
  • … that the Lord has miraculously heard the prayers also for the mission trip to Bangladesh on October 21-31! I had trouble getting a visa and entry into the country, but through prayers, wisdom was opened through the Bangladeshi pastor Baroi.

He asked directly at Bangladesh’s Dhaka airport and was almost completely sure that I would be able to enter the country with an airport visa. Thank the Lord for opening the doors to Bangladesh through prayer!

Permanent prayer topics for the mission trip to Eastern Uganda

Thank you for your intensive prayers for the following long-term topics of the Eastern Uganda Mission trip 2.-13.10.:

  1. A spiritual breakthrough in the Jinja Buyala region in order that witch doctors and the forces of evil are forced to loosen their grip on people’s lives.
  2. That we will reach up to 40,000 people with the gospel message through a 5-day Crusade and thousands of people will start to follow Jesus as their personal Savior.
  3. That signs and wonders will follow the proclaimed word of the gospel on the Crusade according to Mar.16:15-20.
  4. That God deepens the unity of nearly a hundred local churches in Christ, so that they unanimously make the people followers of Jesus who will come to faith in Crusade.
  5. That the Lord blesses, equips and protects the main coordinator of our mission trip, Pastor Stuart Kunya Davids, the Seguku Worship Center church, as he leads, the local mission team and his family. Read more about the Uganda mission trip here.

The coordinator for our mission in Bangaladesh, Pastor Probhudan Baroi, is a strong man of intercession. He has established several churches in both Bangladesh and Nepal. In her youth, she has also worked for more than 20 years in a close fellowship with Finnish missionaries Annikki Raatikainen and Saara Damski in Bangladesh.

Please continue to pray for the mission trip to Bangladesh 21.-31.10.

By God’s grace, I am going to preach the gospel in Bangladesh on October 21-31. Of that country’s population of 200 million, only 0.3% are evangelical Christians, and it is one of the world’s least evangelized nations.

Please pray with us
,

1) … that God’s perfect plan will take place in all preparations of our mission trip to Bangladesh, and that our local contact person, Pastor Baroi from the Redeemed Church of God, will be able to organize the proclamation of the gospel for our mission trip to Bangladesh under God’s complete guidance.

2) … that all the powers and forces of darkness will be broken in that country that has more than 90% Muslims and people will open up to the message of the gospel.

3) … that the Lord will give the necessary 13 500 € to carry out that mission (so far we have received 500 €s). In this way, we can reach up to 15,000 to 20,000 people coming from Muslim and Hindu background through a two-day major revival event on 24-25 October. In a village area outside Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh.

God has miraculously heard your prayers by providing economic miracle regarding the Eastern Uganda mission. He also responded in terms of visa permits to Bangladesh so that we can carry out a major evangelistic event together with almost 100 local small evangelical churches. This is a great miracle of God and a topic for thanksgiving!

That’s why I believe that the budget deficit of 13 500 € still missing will be made up by the beginning of October through prayers! Thank you for fighting in your prayers for this cause for God’s perfect will to be done in Bangladesh!

I ask you to pray to the founders and board members of Salvation To All Nations and their loved ones for God’s protection, guidance, and missionary resources.

Thank you very much for your prayers to change the spiritual reality of Eastern Uganda and Bangladesh, because God always hears all prayers!
