Dear friend of our mission,
You are an important part of the fulfillment of Jesus’ Great Commission. His purpose is that all the nations of the world will hear the gospel in their own language. You might ask, how come you can say that about me? I haven’t gone out to preach the gospel all over the world, have I!
Even if you are experiencing great weakness in yourself right now, Jesus wants to encourage you with the words of Acts 1:8: “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Jesus promised to send you and me the Holy Spirit to witness the power.
When you pray for missions or make it possible for the gospel to be proclaimed worldwide with your donations, that same power of the Holy Ghost will help you in your weakness. At the same time, you will be involved in spreading the gospel worldwide. Isn’t that amazing!
None of us can share the gospel in our own strength, but all of us, including me, my wife Eira, pastor Roberto Brandao and Mikko Myllys in the mission organization Salvation To All Nations, are completely dependent on the power of the Holy Spirit to proclaim the gospel.
As the first Christian missionary, the Apostle Paul walked under the perfect guidance of the Holy Spirit. Acts 16:6 tells us that “the Holy Spirit prevented them from preaching the word in Asia.” This might seem strange to us if we did not understand God’s pre-prepared plan for each nation to proclaim the gospel.
Based on the revelation in the Bible, we can see that God has specific eras in the spiritual awakening of each nation. A few verses later, the Apostle Paul hears in a nocturnal vision that God is calling them to preach the gospel to Macedonia. In it, a Macedonian man says: “Come over to Macedonia and help us.” Acts 16:10. Immediately, Paul wanted to go to Macedonia with his mission team, because God’s Holy Spirit was guiding them there.
In the same way, we at Salvation To All Nations want to hear exactly where God’s Holy Spirit wants to send us to preach the gospel at any given time. This time, our local coordinator, Pastor Stuart from Uganda heard in prayer a clear call to go to the Buyala area of Budondo, near the city of Jinja on October 6-10. About 50,000 people live in that area, 70% of whom are not born again or have heard the gospel, and 30% of theme are Muslims without a living God. With the help of a five-day major event, we can reach up to 30,000 to 40,000 people with the message of the gospel.
Do you hear the same call from Eastern Uganda today? “Come over and help us”! Thank God, other Finnish Christians have already heard that call. Every euro takes the gospel to more than two Ugandans. Donations for the crusade and mission trip (including preaching the gospel to prison, schools and streets) have already accumulated up to 2300 €. However, out of the total budget of 17 000 € is still missing 14 700 €.

Missionary Trip to Bangladesh 21.-31.10.25
God has also spoken to us clearly about Bangladesh, which is one of the world’s least achieved nations with the gospel. Out of its population of 200 million, only 0.3% are evangelical Christians. At the moment, preparations for the implementation of a 2-day major evangelistic gospel event are underway. With it, we can reach up to 15,000 to 20,000 people in the southern Bangladesh region with the message of the gospel.
However, the enemy of the soul has attacked and there are challenges regarding the preparations for the major event.
